Offline-first dispatch for crews with no signal

A dispatch board, mobile job app and photo-evidence flow that keeps working through a full loss of connectivity and reconciles cleanly when signal returns.

Capability showcase. We built this in-house to demonstrate an approach, not for a paying client. Every number below is measured on the build itself. Nothing here is presented as someone else's result.

Field crews lose signal in basements, elevator shafts, rural service areas and underground parkades. Most dispatch tools treat that as an error state; the crew treats it as Tuesday.

This showcase was built to demonstrate the approach we take to that problem: local-first writes, an explicit conflict resolution policy, and a sync status the technician can actually read.

What it demonstrates

  • Queued job updates and photo evidence captured with no connection
  • Deterministic conflict resolution when two people edit the same job
  • A dispatch board that shows which devices are stale and by how long
  • Performance held on a mid-range Android device, not a flagship
