Engagement models
Three ways to engage, with starting prices in both currencies. You get a fixed written price after a scoping call — and if the budget does not fit the problem, we will tell you that instead of taking the work.

How we work
We dig into the goal, the budget and the deadline. You leave knowing which services you actually need — including the ones you thought you needed and do not.
A written plan naming every deliverable, the schedule, and one price covering all of it. No hourly surprises, no change-order ambush in week six.
One account lead across every service, something to look at every week, and a shared board you can read without booking a meeting.
Files, accounts and logins transfer to you — you own all of it. Then the services reinforce each other instead of competing for credit.
Questions about money
Because buyers self-qualify on price whether we publish or not. Hiding it filters out more good leads than bad ones — people who would have been a fine fit assume we are out of reach, while the ones who are genuinely too small still book a call and waste both parties an hour.
No. They are starting points, which is why they say "from". You get a fixed written price after the scoping call, with the deliverables and milestones named. That price does not move unless you ask for something outside the agreed scope, and then it moves by written change order before any work starts.
Because they are rounded to sensible numbers rather than tracking the daily rate, and they account for the cost difference of serving a US engagement. If the exchange rate moves far enough to matter, we update the bands rather than quietly repricing mid-project.
Canadian clients are invoiced in CAD with GST or HST applied as required. US clients are invoiced in USD, with no Canadian sales tax on exported services. We accept credit card, ACH and EFT, and wire where it is cheaper for you. Milestone-billed, net 15.
Fixed-bid projects can be stopped at any completed milestone; you pay for what is delivered and keep it, including the source. Dedicated teams need 30 days notice. Retainers are month to month with no lock-in. Nothing here is designed to trap you.
Sometimes, on fixed-bid work with a tightly scoped first release. We do not take equity in place of fees, and we will say early if we think your budget cannot reach a usable product — that conversation is cheaper for you now than in month four.
A 30-minute call, a straight answer on fit, and one fixed written price if it makes sense. If it does not, we will say so — and point you somewhere better.
