How we work
Four steps, and proof at every one
No discovery phase that bills for three months and produces a slide deck. You see something working in week one and a demo every week after, and you can stop at any completed milestone and keep what is built.
- 0130 minutes
Discovery call
We dig into the goal, the budget and the deadline. You leave knowing which services you actually need — including the ones you thought you needed and do not.
- 023–5 days
Plan and fixed quote
A written plan naming every deliverable, the schedule, and one price covering all of it. No hourly surprises, no change-order ambush in week six.
- 03Ongoing
We run it, you watch it
One account lead across every service, something to look at every week, and a shared board you can read without booking a meeting.
- 04Week one onward
Hand over and compound
Files, accounts and logins transfer to you — you own all of it. Then the services reinforce each other instead of competing for credit.
Paper trail
What you actually receive, and when

Questions
What people ask about process
What if we do not know what we need yet?
That is the most common starting point and it is fine. The first call is diagnostic, not a sales pitch. If the problem turns out to be bigger or vaguer than one project, we will say so and suggest a small paid discovery instead of quoting a number we would have to revise.
Who do we talk to day to day?
A named project manager, and the engineers doing the work when it is a technical question. The person on your first call stays involved. We do not hand you to an account manager after signing.
What happens if a milestone slips?
You hear about it in that week’s demo, not at the deadline. If the slip is ours, the fixed price does not change. If it is caused by something on your side — an API we were waiting on, content that has not arrived — we flag it early and in writing so nobody is surprised.
Do you work in our tools?
Usually, yes. If you run Jira, Linear, Asana or a shared Slack, we work there so your team is not checking a second system. If you have no preference, we set up a board and invite you.
Tell us what you are trying to grow.
A 30-minute call, a straight answer on fit, and one fixed written price if it makes sense. If it does not, we will say so — and point you somewhere better.
