How we staff
Named people, and the same ones throughout
Your project manager
Named before the contract is signed, and the same person through to handover. Runs the weekly demo, owns the board, and is who you message when something is wrong.
The engineers on your build
You meet them on the technical calls. Two to six people depending on scope. We do not substitute people silently once work is underway.
Your growth lead
Owns the acquisition targets for Grow engagements, and reports against cost per qualified lead rather than impressions.
Your design and motion team
Brand, interface, illustration and animation. Working inside the same contract as the build, so creative is never bottlenecked on another vendor.
Meet them properly
We would rather introduce you on a call
You will meet the project manager and the engineers before anything is signed. If a vendor will not put the actual team on a call with you, that is worth knowing early — about us or anyone else.
